My practice is located at The Claw Shop in Leominster, MA. The spa side has its own entrance located next to the right side for the grocery store. Please use this door and wait in the sitting area. I will come greet you when its time for your appointment.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. With the desire to be effective and fair to all guests, the following policies are honored:

24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give a 24 hours advance notice you will be charged 50% of your appointment price. 

No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show”. They will be charged the full amount of the missed appointment.
